Pictures of Longyearbyen
The biggest settlement of Svalbard
Lonyearbyen is the most populated settlement of the archipelago. Together with the port and the airport there are some hotels, clubs, a cinema and shops. Roads do not have a pavement. Houses are built on pile-dwellings and only have soil around them.
